1. When should I visit a Delnor Express Care?
Delnor Express Care provides high quality immediate healthcare services at your convenience. You should visit Delnor Express Care for:

  • Non-life threatening injuries and illnesses in both adults and children
  • Compassionate care when your primary care physician is not available
  • Reliable, cost-effective alternatives to the emergency room
  • Gateway to a Delnor primary care physician.
  • Same-day care when you’re visiting from out-of-town

2. What conditions do you treat at Delnor Express Care?
At Delnor Express Care, we treat everything from colds and flu to minor injuries. We also offer limited preventative care such as sports and pre-employment physicals as well as certain vaccinations such as flu shots. For a complete list of our services click here.

3. What should I bring with me?
Please be sure to bring your insurance card, a picture ID and some form of payment if your insurance requires a co-payment.

4. Is Delnor Express Care a less expensive option compared to the ER?
Delnor Express Care is a reliable, cost-effective alternative to visiting the emergency room and is usually much less expensive than the ER.

5. Do I have to make an appointment to be seen at Delnor Express Care?
No appointment is necessary and walk-ins are always welcome.

6. Will Delnor Express Care accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans and have affordable options available for all patients. Please visit our insurance page for a complete list of covered plans.

7. What if I don’t have insurance?
Delnor Express Care doesn’t require you to have insurance. However, payment will be expected at the time of service. Standard visits typically start at $119 to be seen and diagnosed by a physician.

8. How long will I wait to see a provider?
Since no appointments are necessary, wait time will depend on the number of patients in the clinic. Delnor Express Care wait times are significantly shorter than a typical ER visit. We’ve developed very efficient processes from registration to discharge to ensure the shortest wait times possible.

9. What are the hours for Delnor Express Care centers?
Delnor Express Care is open 7:30 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday in Batavia, 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday in South Elgin, and both sites are open the same hours on weekends:  9 am to 6 pm Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm Sunday.

10. Does Delnor Express Care treat infants?
Yes, Delnor Express Care providers are trained to treat patients of all ages.

11. Where can I offer feedback about my Delnor Express Care experience?

12. Can I pay my bill online?
Not at this time. However we hope to make this convenient option available to Delnor Express Care patients soon. Please contact our billing department at 630-443-4664 if you’d like to make a payment by phone.

13. Should I visit Delnor Express Care or do I need to go to the ER?
Delnor Express Care is can treat most general illnesses and minor injuries. For a complete list of appropriate conditions, please see our services list.  If you are experiencing a life-threatening illness or injury, please dial 911 immediately.

14. Can I get my prescriptions filled at Delnor Express Care?
Not at this time. We do communicate with your pharmacy electronically and are located in close proximity to most pharmacies so that you can get your prescription filled quickly and get on with your day.
