More importantly, Delnor Express Care patients won’t have to sacrifice quality for convenience as board-certified physicians experienced in immediate care medicine provide care to all patients. And, whether providing direct patient care or phone consultation to the doctors at the Delnor Express Care sites, emergency medicine physicians are involved in managing your immediate care needs. Clinical oversight is led by co-medical directors, Steve Holtsford, M.D. and Raja Atlery, M.D. both board certified in emergency medicine.
The continuity of your health care is very important to us. We will forward information about your Express Care visit to your primary care physician, keeping them aware of your health care needs between regularly scheduled visits. This may involve mailing a copy of the chart or, if your doctor is a part of the Cadence Health System, your chart can be sent electronically.
To ensure that Delnor Express Care provides the most efficient care and maximum value to our patients and families, our facilities and work flows were designed and developed using the continuous improvement tools and strategies of the Toyota Production System (TPS) or “Lean” systems for health care.
